We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing preferences.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@housenaia.com with:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement item (subject to availability)
- Store credit
- A refund, at our discretion
Items reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Naïa reserves the right to refuse claims that show signs of misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery.
