Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Personal preference

  • Sizing issues

  • Gift purchases

Please review product descriptions, measurements, and images carefully before placing an order.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging if applicable

Once reviewed, House Naïa may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item

  • Issue store credit

  • Offer an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened, used, worn, washed, or altered.
